Automatic argon arc circular seam welding Automatic argon arc circular seam welding machine is normally divided into horizontal and vertical circular seam welding types,which are mainly used for the welding of circular butt seam of cylinders and the welding of circular seam of the sealing cover of cylinders . The welded materials are mostly stainless steel,iron, brass .and titanium. etc. such as for petroleum and chemical containers, pipe flanges, car silencers,etc .In our circular seam welding machines, non. polar rotary conduction mode is used to avoid damage to the welding cables during repeated operation, and also to avoid the blocking of rotation due to the bearing weight ,which call influence the welding stability The welding speed is 0.2·0.6 rpm ,and according to the parts to be welded and the process design and fixtures of the customers,the wire feeding mechanism can be equipped fo automatic filling of the welding wires The welding power supply should be equipped with argon arc welding machines with arc ending and arc striking functions as well as pulsating functions.
